When Avril and Ciarán contacted me about photographing their wedding I knew it was going to be a good one! This fantastic, loving couple are full of fun and I knew their wedding would be no less than that too. Avril got ready at home in Upperchurch with her sisters and all their children, before heading to Cloughjordan church for the cermony. The bride and groom weren’t nervous at all, but if they had been there would be no better man to put everyone at ease than Fr. Joe Walsh who officiated at the wedding. After the cermony we made our way to Cloughjordan House. It was my first time there and I was so delighted to discover this beautiful, special venue in Co. Tipperary. It was the perfect choice of venue for Avril and Ciarán, who enjoyed the drinks reception and games on the lawn with their guests. We went exploring around the grounds for some photos with their lovely little daughter Saoirse Faye, who had a great day playing with her cousins. Cloughjordan House has a cookery school so it will come as no surprise to hear that the food served was just brilliant. After dinner guests were well entertained during the speeches which included a rap from the father of the bride! The room was cleared and everyone danced the night away. A great day, and a delighted to be there. Thank you Avril and Ciarán.
