Today I am delighted to share this beautiful Maryborough Hotel Wedding. Let me tell you a little bit about this gorgeous couple. Cork man David studied commerce and Chinese in UCC. This brought him to live and work in Shanghai and it was there that he met and fell and love with Mia. The couple who live and work in China decided to come to Cork to get married. Bringing a huge international crowd with them.

Both Mia and David got ready in the Maryborough which started the day off in a lovely relaxed fashion. Once everyone was ready we made our way to the ceremony which was held in the stunning orangery, a lovely light filled, wisteria clad airy conservatory. Geraldine O’Neill guided us through the ceremony. We were moved by music from Davids musical siblings and poems and wishes from Mia and Davids friends.

After the ceremony we did a quick few photographs in the lovely gardens of the hotel. It’s so great to be able to do photographs within eyeshot of all the guests. Mia and David then joined their friends for drinks and chats. Despite the fact that Mias mum and her friends speak no English, they certainly seemed to be getting the hang of an Irish wedding and made lots of friends. What a lovely warm international celebration!

I was delighted to be there and thank you Mia and David for letting me share here.
