Now here are the wedding photographs of a very sensible couple! Perhaps some of you planning your wedding out there might consider taking on this fantastic idea. Maura and John were married back in the lovely summer of 2013, anxious not to miss out on time with their wedding guests they decided to do their family and bridal party photos before the wedding ceremony! Would you be willing to break with tradition like this? It worked out fantastically for Maura and Johnny. We had great fun and there was such a buzz of excitement for what the day would bring. It meant no nerves at all for either at the church, and a bunch of surprised guests when after the ceremony the couple had the whole afternoon to mingle with them. Generally I don’t have the couple away from their guests for long, but it still probably ads up to the best part of half an hour, and on a day that just flies by it is defiantly something to consider. Here is a small selection of photos from the day (oh and one of the cover of their album). We started off in Mauras home then headed to Killarney Golf Course to do the family and bridal party photos. What a stunning location and thank you so much to them for letting us use their backdrop. Then it was down the road to Fossa for the wedding ceremony and a little trip back the road to the Castlerosse for the wedding reception. Thank you so much Maura and John and families for being so great, warm and welcoming on the day and since.
